Gelados de iogurte e frutos vermelhos, com pauzinho e tudo

Yogurt and berries popsicles

Makes 8 to 10 ice creams
500 g unsweetened natural Greek yogurt
75 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
300 g assorted berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, currants; if using frozen fruit, thaw first)
Juice and zest of half a lemon

  1. In a bowl, add the yogurt, half the sugar and the vanilla extract and stir well.
  2. In the food processor bowl, add the berries, the remaining sugar, the juice and the lemon zest. Mix until very homogeneous.
  3. Distribute the two mixtures by the popsicle molds and insert the sticks. Place the yogurt and berries popsicles in the freezer for 10 hours before unmolding and serving.
